Dr. Thomas Kehr

Dr. Thomas Kehr primarily advises companies in the areas of corporate law, data protection law and compliance.

Within the field of corporate law, he particularly specialises in transactions (M&A), restructuring and transformation of legal entities as well as corporate governance and liability of corporate bodies.  

Dr. Thomas Kehr is active as an external data protection officer for companies and advises on the implementation and control of data protection management systems. Furthermore, he represents companies in administrative fine proceedings before regulatory authorities.

In the area of compliance, Dr. Thomas Kehr covers not only corporate governance but also aspects of tax and commercial criminal law as well as data protection law.

In addition, he gives in-house lectures in companies and regularly publishes in specialist journals.
